EDF set to sell off UK electricity distribution networks
The EDF Board of Directors has approved the sale of the UK electricity distribution networks to the Cheung Kong group based in Hong Kong. The Cheung Kong group (“CKI”) made its irrevocable offer of 29 July, worth £3.2 billion in equity.
